I will start teaching regular Universal Healing Tao classes at Wisdom Academy in Mejiro, Tokyo every Saturday morning starting from the end of August.

The classes will be basic UHT practice classes with the first 6 weeks based on the 5 Element System.
Each week will focus on a different element and the different organs associated with each element.
The UHT practice class will run for 70mins followed by some conversation and healthy juice.

・after the 70min Yoga class, we will have a chat and enjoy fresh juice based on the theme of the class.
